When do you start your holiday shopping?
This is Canada, so I usually shop around the beginning of December. I hate rushing into Christmas. By the time it actually comes around these days all I give a shit about is having lots of bacon for breakfast and lots of cranberry jelly to go with my turkey dinner.
What experience or moment in your life have you learned the most from?
Submitted by AngieK.That would probably have to be university. Although I don't fully agree with the context of university being mandatory for everyone, I never learned that lesson until I was there. For some, it's just a waste of time and money when you could really be doing that you want to, right now.
What is the silliest thing you've ever spent more than $30 bucks on?
Submitted by Terri.
Probably this plain green T-shirt that I bought in the eleventh grade because it evidently looked amazing on me. It was forty-five bucks. Shortly afterward, the long T-shirts started coming in, and I eventually realized that the lime green shirt that I spent too much on really looked like shit after all.
So I never wore it again.
Audio: Share an album in your collection that's a classic from the first to the last cut (no need to use the skip button). Submitted by Cortadito.
Metric's Live It Out has always been a favorite of mine. Most wouldn't consider it so classic, as Old World Underground, Where Are You Now? had a more Metric sound to it, but there's something about Live It Out that always gets me. Maybe it's Emily Haines' tendency to perfectly wail her lyrics with her voice that makes me want to orgasm to it every time.

Submitted by 8gurl.This is my cat, Drake, who lives at my parents' house. He's an outdoor cat for the most part, and since I moved out my mom says he rarely ever comes inside. I took this picture last summer in my mom's vegetable garden. Right after I snapped it, he jumped across the garden and ran away.
Video: Show us a great music video from the '90s.
The video for "Apparitions" by the Matthew Good Band was released sometime in 1997, I believe, and it is still one of my favorite music videos today. Check it out. It's amazin'.
